Hi, I have my cpu stable at 4.3GHz at 1.32VCore.
I wanted to push this further, so I did 4.4GHz at 1.33VCore.
While booting up it took an abnormally long time to get onto the desktop, stuck at sign in page for a minute. Usually I have 5 second boot times. Once I did get in, I ran Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to check how everything was, and it shows nothing. It shows temps at 0C, CPU usage 0%, 0 everything. If i go to the overclock setting in IETU it shows that cpu clock is 44x and vcore is default. I don't know why this is happeneing.
I ran CPUID CPU-Z and that froze at 65% Storage, something it never does. If I run the MSI version it loads up and shows that the CPU is at 4400MHz.
Obviously the cpu is working, I wouldn't be here if it wasn't. What's happening? I increased VCore to 1.335 but same problem. Is my CPU just unable to go over 3.5GHz or what?
In SpeedFan it shows my cpu and system temperature is -1C. Obviously not, it shows my GPU is a little over 60C.

EDIT: IN MSI AFTERBURNER I can see my CPU temps are about 40C + I can see my CPU usage in task manager, which seems normal. My SSD is running at 100% active time for some reason though.
EDIT EDIT: Changed clock speed back to 4.3GHz and VCore to 1.25 and now everything seems to be working normally again. So why is that?
