First build: Everything compatible/ any changes?

Solution
Or if you could change even more, and spend a little more, to squeeze in a 1080. Your intended monitor resolution matters to whether it is really worth it or not.

Not a good PSU choice, and no need for water cooling, on a locked i7. B150 will not run at speeds beyond 2133. You could make a fair number of changes, and get a better overall system.

Or if not interested in overclocking, save yourself a good chunk of change, and get a better components.

I don't have an interest in overclocking. With that being said, would you change anything else? I just want a computer to run any game i throw at it at high or ultra settings.

This would be the less expensive option.

My monitor is going to be an ASUS 24"full HD 1920x1080 if that matters at all. And thank you for all your replies, you have been extremely helpful!

You would be fine with the GTX 1070 build then. You get a better SSD that way, and the case you originally wanted. It is a bit on the overkill side, for 1080p, but should last awhile. I really don't recommend using a GTX 1080 with anything less than a 1440p monitor.
