Hi guys, I'm having this problem where 1 fan run at max speed and the other run and stop run and stop. Can someone please help me. My Motherboard board is Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD3 Ultra

I only have the corsair link 4. And my GPU is in 36 degree Celcius, and I think it can only read 1 fan speed..

Yes... 1 Fan run very loud at max speed and the other 1 just like that spin and stop
