Graphics card causing problems and don't know how to fix it

Hello,
I buyed GPU ASUS Nvidia GTX 1050 Expedition with one was without power connection,
Wit that GPU when I start pc it shows that starting the computer and it freeze right away,
and my GPU fans stops.
What could it, maybe I can fix it.

1. Boot without that card - go to BIOS - 'Load Default settings' save and reboot. Shutdown the PC before it reboots. Install your card. Try to reboot now.

2. If that above does not work, try a different slot on your motherboard. Does it work there? Perhaps there is IRQ conflict with something else on that slot. Refer to your motherboard's manual regarding which slots are shared.

Do you have another computer to try it in?
What about the configuration of your system? Please state motherboard, drivers, etc and at which stage is the PC freezing, after loading the Windows screen or on the boot screen?

My comuter info:
Mother board: Foxconn H61MXL/H61MXL-J
CPU: Intel Core i5 2400
RAM: 8GB

I use NVIDIA geforce expiriance drives and these drives updates automatically, OS windos 10.(with one driver do u mean?)

and my computer freeze right the second the show the boot screen.

If your PC freezes as soon as the boot screen shows up then the drivers have nothing to do with your problem. So we can rule this one out.
1. Try the card in another PC (a friend's if you don't have one) and see if it works there
2. Try a different video port (VGA, DVI, DisplayPort, etc.)
3. Try a different PCIe slot on the motherboard
