Stock cooler sounds like a dragon fly and sad circus...

First, it is the i7-6700 stock cooler.

Second, it is the only fan that makes a loud noise, the 5 case fans are quite and have their own distinct sound.

Third, the stock cooler is set to keep increasing/decreasing by temperature.

While the revving and de-revving is understandable, the drangonfly and/or circus sound is kind of, odd/sad/annoying as of writing this.

Problem is, I'd have to mess with da CPU again i.e. take off fan, clean that glue, add glue, and add new fan.

I'd probably get a aftermarket cooler if I built again.

Can you buy and drop oil on the fan without removing it?.....
