Build : Crosshair V Formula Z, F-9590, Kraken X61, hyper x fury 8gb, gtx 1070, evo 850 120gb, rosewill bronze 1000w

Alright so I was happily binge playing Fallout 4 for about 2 hours, then decide i should take a break, so I put my pc to sleep mode. I come back 30 minutes later and reload the screen, about two seconds after the desktop loads my whole system shuts down. I try and turn it back on but it doesn't even boot up the bios. All the fans and lights turn on and on the error code display the numbers start flashing and cycling through as usual, except eventually it saya FF and shuts off immediately afterwords. I NEED HELP. This rig has taken me too long to complete (latest buy was 1070.) I've tried disconnecting the RAM and GPU but the same scenario still happens. Any input helps, thanks :)

Solution
Unfortunately Qcode 5d is not documented so contact ASUS to see if they can help.
Check all PSU cable connections to 8pin, 24pin and 4pin socket is occupied. The 4pin is to assist the CPU.
I have heard the GPU can throw up 5d if not seated properly or correct connections.
First disconnect all USB peripherals and restart your system using the direct function key on the MB.
This should take you direct to Bios.
Qcode FF is Fault Found so it can be one of many things. Peripherals, your PSU, Ram.

As it happened when bringing your computer from sleep mode then try testing your RAM.

Turn system off at main PSU switch and remove 1 RAM module.

Removing your RAM completely would get you Qcode 50-55 and post would halt there.
Try with Just one stick of RAM in the A2 slot and try switching the modules to check incase one is failing.
You can also test your DIMMs using MemTest86+ by booting from a USB stick.
You also have a series of Device_LEDs next to your 24pin socket. Are any staying lit and if so identify which one.
You may have to clear CMOS or even re-flash the Bios if its been corrupted.

What version Bios are you on.?

Alright so I tried that and the bios still wont boot up, now it holds on error code 50 for a little while before it turns to ff before shutting down. Also the light behind the 24 pin adapter lights up and stays lit until it hits ff and all shuts down.

Your Qcode 50 is an indication of an initialization error, Invalid memory type or incompatibility.
The LED lighting up on the MB and staying lit backs this up if it is the DRAM_LED that stays red.

You will not be able to access Bios till this fault is rectified.
Just what exactly did you try.?

Please list the Part No of your hyper x fury RAM to check for compatibility.
Did you run Memtest86+ on your RAM.?

If not compatible then I recommend to try another RAM kit that have been tested and listed on the ASUS MB QVL list.

My RAM worked just fine beforehand i never has any initialization errors but how do i check for the Part No & i havent run the test.

The Part No of your RAM can be got from CPUz under the SPD tab.
We have to eliminate this possibility of mismatch or failing DIMMs before moving on.

Are you able to verify for sure that the DRAM_LED is the one that lights up on the MB.? Your MB manual will indicate this.

Alright so i confirmed the RAM is compatible with the CPU & no lights are appearing because after a bit of fiddling I saw a disconnected CPU fan so after I plugged it back and booted it up the FF error was eliminated, sadly it has a new error code, 5d. My UEFI Bios still won't boot up and I still can't get the error code off. The only thing i've tried so far is clearing the CMOS and booting off directkey
