Should I just go for the cheapest SSD or go for the EVO 850?

Title says all. I'm building a pc for 1080p @60 FPS gaming (I'd also program and do some other work on it), and I'm looking for a 240/250 GB SSD.

Some people say that you should just go for the cheapest good SSD (with good reviews) you can get, for example the PNY CS1311, but at the same time the Samsung EVO 850 gets too much praise and good reviews, and I'm not sure if it's worth the money.

I guess the EVO 850 is indeed faster and better, but is there any noticeable difference? I'm not on a tight budget, and I want good hardware, but I don't want to throw away my money on something actually unnecessary.

What do you think? Would you recommend any of those two drives or maybe some middle ground?

Thanks in advance.
