Hello, I just built my first PC and was hoping to do some casual gaming nothing too intense. My current set-up is a i5-6500, 8GB RAM, Gigabyte 2GB DDR5 Radeon RX 460 running on windows 8.1. I tried playing Assassins Creed III on UPLAY but it is unplayable, I am literally getting 4-6 FPS. I know my graphics card isn't top of the line, but is it this bad? Any suggestions or setting I should try? I am also thinking about upgrading to WIndows 10, will that help?

Your specs are fine, you more than meet the requirements. Maybe there's a virus on your computer? Or a lack of space on your HDD? If not, try reinstalling the game. If none of that works, come back
