My computer stopped working and suddenly restarted while browsing on Chrome

My computer stopped responding while I was browsing on Chrome, I couldn't even do a CTRL + ALT + DEL. Multiple Chrome tabs were open and I was about to search something and as I hit enter my computer stopped working and restarted on it's own. Then displayed this as it boots:

Here are my specs:
Windows 10
i7 4790
Acer XC-605 motherboard
2 TB HDD
Gtx 1050 ti OC GPU
8 Gig ram

My GPU is only a month old and I have just installed a new cpu fan last week. TIA!

I would guess that one of your programs updated, Do you have a program called Watch Dog? It may be malware as well.

Normally the only thing that restarts your system like that is a Windows update.

Also there are the WATCH_DOGS games. The third line about creating a dynamic key list reminded me of a game. So when I checked, I found the two games. If you have the game installed , it may be configured to load during start up.

If that is the case then, a system restart after a windows update could explain the situation described.

When a Windows restart is about to happen a countdown timer will appear on the desktop, but if you are running something full screen (like Chrome) you will be surprised by a sudden restart.

Use a better browser. Chrome is full of bugs.

That startup looks like it's ready to start up a nuclear reactor lol

Did you install AVG and is this the AU version?

You could be right about Chrome having bugs. The release of Chrome version 55 caused more problems than it was worth. Supposedly , version 56 contains some security and bug fixes.
