Keep it cooler. Why would you disable turbo core? Are you overclocking? If not that would likely result in a loss of performance. What are cpu temps? And motherboard VRM temps? if the VRMs even have a sensor, some mobos don't.

Temperatures would be helpful, also, what cooler are you using? Are you just using the stock cooler or an aftermarket cooler? If you are still using the stock cooler I would recommend getting an aftermarket cooler especially if you are/plan on overclocking.

Motherboards VRMs are inadequate and uncooled. You can try undervolting the cpu and adding some heatsinks and a fan to the vrms that might help. The cpu is supported on paper but in practice the combo is problematic.

CPU Temp is 50 - 60c while playing game. 30 - 40c when idle. (I'm using Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO)
By the way i don't know how to monitor VRM temps. How can i check it ?

Sadly the 212 is likely exacerbating the problem as no air is directed towards the vrms like it would be with a stock or other top down coolers.

Yes a better motherboard with a better VRM setup would solve the issue. The Gigabyte 970a UD3P is usually the best budget option and uses a 8+2 VRM setup that is good enough for overclocking.

Where are you located? In the US Id get the UD3P as its cheaper than the MSI 970 gaming and has the better vrm setup.
