I am planning to build a new PC in which i can play most of the High Quality games like Battlefield,GTA5,Mafia 3 and titanfall.
It will be Core i5 6500 6th gen with 8 gb ram.Asus b150 Gaming motherboard.
Now i choosing to buy Msi GTX1050 ti Gaming X. Can it run all these high end games. Is it a good choice?(well,i can increase my budget)

Solution
At 1080p, it'll be fine. A 1050ti is a solid 1080p, high settings ~60FPS (ish, not necessarily true in all titles) card. A 3GB 1060 would likely serve you better for longer in all honesty, but the 1050ti is no slouch.
The 1050 Ti is not really a 1080p card, it's a high end budget level card. It's for people who are in the 1050 price range but want the fastest budget card they can get. An RX 470 is where real 1080p performance starts. So, with the games you listed, at 1080p high settings you need a 470 at minimum. If it came down to it, I'd go with an I3 and/or a less expensive motherboard so I could afford the better videocard.

My GTX 750 ti says otherwise. 1080P 50fps average high settings on the latest frostbite engine equipped games.

The 1050 ti is way faster than my 750 ti, it will work fine for 1080P.

Erm, yes. That's exactly what a 1050ti is?

Sure, you're not going to max out everything at 60FPS at 1080p, but it's more than respectable performance in the Medium-High ~60FPS(ish) space.
