Computer starts up, then shuts off and keeps repeating it

Hello Guys!

I need your help. I have recently installed a new motherboard and RAM, and today I got the CPU too, I installed it as well, plugged in all the cables, and after I power it up for the first time, it doesn't boot. All the fans start spinning, and after like 5 seconds or so, it shuts off, and starts again, just to shut off again after a few seconds. It keeps repeating it.
What might be causing this?

No worries. More often than not, it is something pretty simple that get's overlooked.

Gigabyte H110M-DS2
8GB DDR4 2133MHz
core i5-6500
GTX 1060 6GB
Cooler Master Silent Pro 700W
1TB and 300 GB HDD

With my old mobo (ASrock fatality p67 performance) RAM (8gb ddr3 1866MHz) and cpu (i5 3570k) it used to work fine.

Damn, sorry, I'm stupid, should have found the post you linked earlier. I forgot to plug in the 4 pin cable near the CPU. :lol:
