I have seen USB flash drivers with 128GB for 15$ on ebay, is that a scam...?

Not necessarily a scam. Newegg has 128GB flash drives for around that price as well. They won't necessarily be the best or fastest drives, but they are available.

the one I found on newegg that is cheap and 128GB is a 3rd party seller. and it a 10pack 128GB too.

Might be a USB 2.0 flash drive. That's actually a pretty believable price -- Micro Center is selling their own brand of 128GB USB drives (USB 3.0) for ~$27 USD.

3rd party on Newegg/Amazon, probably a scam.
Direct from Newegg/Microcenter, probably OK.
