Removed CPU while lever was down, did i cause any damage?

When i tried to remove my fx-8350 cpu today both heatsink and cpu came off sticked while the lever was down. Does this cause damage ? System working properly right now. I did not encountered any unusual heating problem or performance problem after event. I checked the pins lenght, looks just fine. Did i cause any damage ?

System :Amd fx-8350, motherboard gigabyte 990xaug3

Note: All pins are there, none is broken off.

If it's working, probably not. You just forced the pins out of the compressed socket mechanism. Next time you need to remove the heat sink, give the cooler a slight twist CW/CCW until the thermal paste seal breaks free.

Did you check to see if any of the pins were missing from the CPU and still stuck in the socket?
