Xp710 graphics upgrade! Gtx8800 768mb finally died :(

Hey guys. The gpu on my xps 710 finally died and i needed some advice on what to replace it with. The rig is 9 years old but does everything i need so just need to find a new gpu that will be compatible and keep me ticking. The current specs are:

Current gpu (broken): nvidia 8800 gtx 768mb
Processor: qx6700 2.66ghz quadcore
Memory: 4gb 4096mb 667mhz
Harddrive: 240gb adata ssd + 640 gb sata
Psu: 750w

Any advice would be really appreciated!

Well, the GT 730 will run on a 300W. Won't even need a 6-pin connector. So you are fine there. If you are not a gamer, then the 730 will give you the equivalent of what you had... for a lot le$$.
