More expensive CPU Intel i5 6400 (~$200) and a cheaper GPU like gtx 1050 none ti (~$130)
or
Cheaper CPU Intel i3 6100 (~$120) and a more expensive GPU like rx 480 or possibly gtx 1060 (~$200)
