I have a Logitech G300S gaming mouse, but it does not work in BIOS or at the login screen. This is because the drivers do not load until the Logitech Gaming Software program loads when I log in. The odd thing is that my mouse cursor appears in the BIOS and on the login screen, but it cannot click and has a higher sensitivity than when the Logitech program is running. Is there a way to make it so that I can use this mouse during BIOS and the login screens?

Solution
IDK if you can with that mouse.
at the login screen where it will not click have you tried all the buttons? at that point in the boot windows is using default drivers, which are 2-3 button, the buttons may be mapped wrong in the default driver. worth a try.

I have had clients with this problem before, the compromise was an el cheapo wired mouse used just for the BIOS and pre-boot environments, unplugged most of the time.
