ENCORE

  • ■ If you not OCing, two front intake @ 1000RPM + rear outake @ 1200 to 1400 RPM will suffice.
    ■ Always use rubber washer + braided/individually sleeved cable, use a lot of zip ties/velcro straps and clear the air ways.
    ■ Your room temp, if you in a tropical climate during summer try set your room to 10 to 15C
Any 140 Fans with PWM will do, you can adjust at what PWM percentile suite your hearing comfort, my pick is Corsair ML, it's expensive for long life span market.
since you have a phanteks cooler there they also make very good case fans

just finished my build in phanteks enthoo luxe and have to say the 140mm fans it comes with are very good

i have them turned down so they are quiet but can still feel a decent amount of air moving from them

Noiseblocker and Noctua (germany/austria) are some of the best fans on the planet.
might wanna check their websites to find the best one (airflow/pressure/dB) for your needs.

if your not to picky on silence (and i mean inaudible), than the Arctic/Fractal/Enermax fans are pretty good and not noisy and around half the price...

Noiseblocker's 140mm lineup is rather disappointing tbh.
for 120mm / 80mm fans they're pretty good though
