Can i upgrade my Ram?

If you're looking into gaming, 8GB RAM is enough.
What you should upgrade is the CPU, an i3-6100, would be better than any current AMD CPU.
Also, that PSU looks like a bad one. Look into a new one like Seasonic S12ii, Corsair CXM..
I think you should put a hold on the upgrade, until the first AMD ZEN is release, that will most likely bring CPU prices down.
Q1 2017 is not a long wait, collect some more money till then.

processor: AMD FX-4300 - quad core
power supply: 500
ram: 8GB DDR3
motherboard: 760GM-p34
