Hello!

I am building a PC that I hope to be very fast. This post deals with the boot drive alone. I'll be using Win10 (Maybe Pro). I want a drive that isn't any larger than 256GB and costs preferably no more than $150 to $200. However, I cannot seem to find out which drive will be the fastest for me (My motherboard is an ASUS X99 Deluxe II - it supports M.2). I am looking at Samsung drives (NVMe PCIe M.2 SSDs). These are the ones I am confused as to which is the best for which price (at 256GB): 950PRO, 950EVO, 960PRO, 960EVO, SM951, and SM961 drives. I assume that I should be concentrating on the 960 PRO and the SM961 first and foremost, but I am not entirely sure. Please let me know which one of these drives would work best for a very fast boot drive (And if there are any newer Samsung NVMe drives that are under $200 and also 256GB that I should be looking at please let me know).

Thanks for the help!
