Hello. I am sorta new to the PC building scene and I'm not entirely sure what i should be looking for in hardware details. I'm not worried about things like HDD, RAM, or a case that stuff is all pretty self explanatory. My monitor is a 32inch Emerson flat screen TV and I am hoping to be able to play games like The Forrest and DOOM at 1080p (whatever that is) on ultra settings with 60fps. So far i have selected 4 GPUs and 2 CPUs because I'm really unsure what will work and i would like to cut costs as much as possible. For the GPUs i have selected from most powerful to least:

EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 founders edition
Zotac Geforce GTX 980Ti AMP Extreme
Saphire Radeon R9 Nano
Nvidia GeForce 1050Ti

For the CPUs i'm looking at:

i7-6700k
i5-6600k

I could only find one motherboard because i know less about them than anything else the ASRock FATAL1TY Z170 Gaming k4. I know prices fluctuate faster than a sick drum line but if i could get it at around $500 that would be golden but the max would have to be $1k.

So in summery: What GPU/CPU should i get? What others would you recommend that could cut costs but not power? Are there any other motherboards i should look into? Could you recommend any pre-built rigs that have similar performance?

Thank You.

I think for this situation a great option would be the 980ti amp and an i5 6600k, that is almost exact same as my build and I get around 80fps on these games at 1080p.
