tab key is toggling on like caps lock

When i press my tab key it starts spamming tab until i press it again. so its functionality in essence is fine but its not working like a normal key press. its toggling on and off, no idea why.

if anyone can shed some light id be really appreciative.

First thought, the key is bad. Did you try re-seating it? Contact the keyboard vendor for support? Test on another system to make sure issue is with the keyboard?

unfortunately, i spilled water on my keyboard about 10-15 mins ago and when i press tab i have the same problem, it spams caps lock on and off. is there really something to do? i have a logitech g pro gaming keyboard and i am afraid it will remain like that because i spent some money on it and i really dont want something to break it. i was an idiot with the water spilt but is there anything i can do to stop my problem?
