I recently upgraded my RAM from 2GB to 8GB i didn't get any drastic improvement in fps i saw on the internet that I won't get fps by upgrading RAM. So here's my question that for more fps like 60 what should I buy a good processor or GPU

Here's my rig
Processor: Intel Pentium G2020@2.9 GHz
Motherboard: Intel DH61BF
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 210
Windows 7 64 bit
Transcend DDr3 8GB RAM

Okay, so I'm going to assume that you have space for a double slot graphics card, since you didn't answer that part of my question. What resolution do you game in? It's an important question. What is your upgrade budget? Which site do you plan on purchasing your computer components from?

I happen to play both project cars and GTA V. The minimum upgrade I would consider for your system is an i3-2100 and GTX 750 Ti. If I were purchasing parts used of Ebay here in the US, I would buy a i5-2500 and GTX 750 Ti for about $50 each. I do not know if you have that option in India.

What is your upgrade budget? Do you live in the US or some other location? Name two or three games that you wish to play. Are you gaming in 720p or 1080p? What is your power supply manufacturer and model #? If you don't know, could you at least give the wattage?

Follow-up question: Would your motherboard and case have the space for a double slot / full height graphics card? I ask because your GT 210 is single slot and most-likely half height.

If you're hoping to play current games then you will most likely need to upgrade both. If you're playing more RTS games then processor may be a better upgrade. More fast-pace fps games you will lean more towards gpu.
