You should keep in mind that some manufacturers write data before sending the products to the retailers/resellers, so it's possible that some amount of it is not yours. I'd also recommend you do regular backups of your data from the SSD somewhere else (on-site as well as off-site). Having duplicates of your files will prevent any potential data loss in the future.
Having written around 700 GB in 250 hours is not really an indication for something bad and all your other SMART attributes confirm this. However, I'd definitely not worry about its longevity with the current SSD technologies. I'd advise you to read through this similar thread from the community. I hope it will give you...
