How to find what voltage is my RAM running at?

as the title says, I have an asus motherboard and dual 8gb crucial ddr3 memory sticks, both are same, and both are low profile and can run at 1.35v at 1600mhz, which is what I want, in bios do I manually set voltage and frequency to 1.35v and 1600mhz or do I enable xmp profile?
and if I do either will it apply for both rams? and how can I know what voltage is each of my rams running at?
thanks
EDIT: the xmp profile sets DRAM frequency and voltage to 1600mhz and 1.35v respectively. does this apply for both sticks?

Solution
Usually there is a setting that you can configure that per channel or both at same time.

If you want optimal setting with out pushing RAM beyond spec, just apply XMP 1 or XMP 2 profile and it will do it all for you.

So yeah XMP will apply it for both sticks.
