pc running games bad

My brand new gaming pc is running games very bad for example on BO3 solo zombies its is doing 14-18 fps on low graphics settings
specs are
Processor
Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-6400
Graphics Card
4GB AMD RADEON™ RX 480
Motherboard
ASUS® H110M-R: Micro-ATX
Memory
8GB HyperX FURY DDR4 2133MHz

Is your monitor plugged straight into the GPU or the Motherboard?

Sounds like you're running onboard graphics.

Other possibilities: bad PSU not putting out enough clean power. Thermal throttling on the CPU due to bad cooler install or not proper thermal paste application. Check all power connectors to the GPU and motherboard, a single 4-pin connector not fully connected can cause issues.
