First of all, I have seen other posts similar to my problem but either their solutions doesn't work or I am too dumb.
My problems started today, my pc couldn't connect to the internet, but all the devices connected via wi-fi could, to make things even worse my wii u which has a wired connection to the modem was perfectly fine, so the problem was on the pc, after a while I somehow fixed it(it was a dns problem). But it wasn't all.
After a few minutes I realized just chrome could connect to the internet, all my other apps couldn't, like steam, battle.net, discord, gog and etc. Not even internet explorer and firefox(but firefox I believe is something different because I got a weird error message). I decided to unninstall chrome, and after that internet explorer started working again, but just it. After I installed chrome back IE stopped working again. I have tried restartting both the pc and the modem and have resetted both manually and in the ''IP type of site''(I don't know how to call it). Someone can help me, please?
More info, my modem(which function as router too) is a technicolor TD5130 and the ''IP type of site'' that I use is 192.168.1.1.
I also brazillian and not as knowledgeable of informatics and stuff as I would like to be, so if you could make the solutions simpler I would greatly appreciate.
