What is the best CPU Liquid Cooler?

So I am looking to buy a i3-6100 and am looking for a CPU Cooler, I have made the decision to go with a liquid cooler (because they look better) and I am wondering what a good one is without spending lots and lots of money. Any suggetions? (preferably Corsair that includes some white on it)

The Intel CPU cooler included with i3 6100 is more than enough to keep it cool and silent. You shouldn't be wasting your money on CPU cooler when you don't have overcloackable i5 6600K or i7 6700K. Save your money to get better Graphics Card or better CPU if you haven't bought it yet.

I wouldn't go above a RX 470 with a i3 if you don't want massive CPU limitations. Pass that you are just wasting money as the video card will be waiting on the CPU non stop.

If you can afford and if you pair it with i3 6100, then go for AMD RX 480, you get most FPS per dollar with this GPU.

out of a choice between i3+liquid or i5 with supplied air, I5 wins hands down.

You are wasting moneye on an motherboard for overcloacking but you don't have an unlocked overcloackable CPU, changed it to a motherboard you actually need, also changed the case to one that offers more for the price, and you get enough fans but you can put 1 extra on the bottom or front of the case.
