Few words.

CPU is the one you picked.
CPU cooler is the best AIO water cooler there is, X62 is the upgraded version of old X61. Only the custom made water cooling loop is better than the Kraken.
For MoBo, a good MSI X99 chipset with 8 RAM slots and plenty of RGB LEDs for eyecandy. 3-way SLI support + 1x M.2 SSD slot.
Put in 32GB of DDR4 RAM that you can OC to run speeds up to 3200 Mhz.
For OS, an ultra fast M.2 SSD. M.2 SSD is 6 to 10 times faster than regular 2.5" SSD.
And for storage, a reliable HGST (Hitachi) 3TB HDD. 5400 RPM produces less heat and noise than the 7200 RPM HDD and thus is well suited as a data storage.
GPU will do good in 4K. Further reading: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html
Put in a great full-tower case that is also used in my Skylake build (specs in my signature).
System's power plant comes directly from the best PSU OEM, Seasonic. PRIME series is the top-of-the-line PSU from Seasonic. 80+ Titanium and fully modular. Went with 850W to accommodate future 2-way SLI.
And lastly, a great curved monitor. Reason why i picked this one: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gaming-monitors,4533-3.html
