Budget Range: All together $550-$600 (Closer to $550) DONT NEED OS.

System Usage: Gaming, in particular Bf1 mainly, looking to just run smoothly medium settings.

Are you buying a monitor: No, strictly the build, don't even need to include the OS.

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Popular US websites.

Location: Boston, MA.

Parts Preferences: Whatever gets me the most for $600 for BF1.

Overclocking: Don't even know what that is yet.

Additional Comments: Just getting started with getting into pc gaming. I just need a build for bf1 and I don't need to be able to run 5 other programs and run the game at high settings. I just want to enjoy it on medium smoothly. Please get me with that budget, I believe there are many parts to put together a build for this price for that game, no?

Been looking at the forums as well as youtube and discussion gets too lengthy as well as out of date for parts. So please put together a build that is as least controversial as possible haha!

Could you or anyone confirm that this build will play bf1 smoothly on medium?
Also, in about a month when I purchase my parts this will be a pretty good build still?
1-10, 10 being the best I can buy for under 600 what would you rate this?

What do you gain by adding 16gb? A couple of frames? Unless you are using multiple heavy ram using programs at the same time as gaming, then i see no point, and that would also not be only gaming anyway.

Yeah if you want to stretch the budget a little and risk it with a pretty poor PSU then get a 1060. I wouldnt recommend single channel RAM though..

For the budget, about a 8/9. Slightly lower GPU but much more reliable PSU. You're looking at 80fps on medium at 1080p for BF1. Couldn't argue with it really. Is a well balanced system with no corners cut. I personally always like to make sure I use a quality PSU. I wouldn't use the CXM as posted above though, but thats a great build too.
