I want to upgrade my GTX 750 Ti, but I can't go over $200. I like nVidia, so I do plan to stay them. I'm looking at the GTX 1050 Ti, would that be a good option? If not, what other GPUs would be good?

Thank you!

If you are ONLY gaming then the 480 might be a better choice, if doing photoshop, handbrake, or pretty much any other image/video editing software then the CUDA cores in NVIDIA gpu's will give you extra performance over AMD.

You have the CPU power to benefit from a 1060 or 480 so I wouldn't advise anything less than that. Which one is just a matter of budget and/or personal preference. A 1050 Ti is definitely an upgrade but if it's the cost that's putting you off at least get an RX 470. Those don't cost much more(usually) than a 1050ti.
