This is my friend's pc build, we have both recently started playing gta, but for him he can't even play for 20mins because it just becomes unbelievably laggy. Just constant 5 fps, if that.
It doesn't make a difference what the settings are on as it still occurs.
Can anyone see any issues that I have missed?
