need help moving installed programs between drives

ok so i have windows 7 pro 64 bit. i have a 250 gig SSD as my main drive and a 2TB HDD as a secondary drive for storage and games and the like. how can i take all of the files in my program files folder of my C: drive and move them to the internal secondary drive so that when i boot windows as well as when i load said programs windows will know they have been moved

Basically, you can't.

When an application is installed, dozens, sometimes thousands of Registry entries are made.
Location of dlls, shortcuts, etc, etc. All those will be completely wrong.

Some small applications work. A LOT do not.
