    ■ Uninstall all I/O devices, mouse, K/B, audio, WiFi, this will restart windows, restart,
    ■ Unplug power cord, remove motherboard battery, push and hold case's power button for 5 sec to wipe fail CMOS data, wait 15 min, push and hold case's power button for 5 sec, wait 15 min. The idea is to completely drain capacitors so that BIOS circuity load the factory setting values, do clear CMOS,
    ■ Reinstate battery, turn on, enter BIOS, set time and date, see that these are enabled, usually under I/O tab
    - USB
    - LAN
    - PS/2
    - Audio
    save and exit,
    ■ If persist, restart to enter BIOS/UEFI, unplug mouse, disable PS/2 port, save and exit
