I work at a hardware store. And today my boss showed me this thing on his computer. His SSD is constantly filling up no matter what he gets rid of. I found where this, as I call it "Hide and Seek" file, was hiding. It was hiding under CSC in program Files(x86). I opened properties and noticed that there was nearly 60 GB in this one file. And his 120 GB SSD was full because of this. I attempted to get into this file to see the issue. It blocked me. Must be a virus right? I eventually took ownership of the file and got in then it moved. It jumped. Just moved to a new file so we kept chasing it. Every time we found it and tried to access it it just jumped again. it didn't deny us after that but it kept moving. What is this thing?

It could be a VIRUS or Malware and its gathering information for a probable 3rd party.
Use your virus program to remove it.
You can use Malwarebytes or Spybot Search and Destroy to scan your system.
Some Malware will hide itself in the hierarchy and reinstall when files or folders are attempted to be removed. They very often modify and remnants reside in the registry and can be difficult to get rid of. Use CCleaner to clean up the registry once the Malware is removed.

Identifying it is your first priority.
