Accidentally offset my cpu's voltage offset to -1 V in xtu, how do i fix this?

Intel's Extreme Tuning Utility?

Run Windows in "Safe Mode", it won't start XTU with the system. Uninstall XTU and remove all of it, including profiles. Reboot into Windows (regular Windows) and it should be fixed.
