I am completely new to building PCs. With that said, I wanna tackle into it with the right budget in mind. In order to play at 60fps consistently on a 1920x1080 display, what would be the best starting price? Some games I'm interested in are GTA V, Overwatch, CS:GO, and such.
Do include a decent keyboard and mouse combo when trying to think of a price point.
Edit: I would also like to be able to stream on twitch with my PS4, given that I have a recording software and decent internet speeds
