I want to know if I need to get a new PSU for this graphics card: Zotac NVIDIA GT 730 2GB DDR5

My processor is an AMD Sempron 145 2.8Ghz
Motherboard is MSI 760-GM P-33
PSU is 250W

I know my processor is crap and no, I do not have the budget to replace it. I just play DOTA 2, that's the only game I want to play and it works fine but fps drops and the graphics are really low. So that's why I want to get the above mentioned gpu.

Solution
The PSU should be strong enough to run the GT 730. If it's a very low quality PSU and it's older than 5 years then it's a chance of PSU failure. You should start thinking about buying a new PC in the near future.

Do you think I should try unlocking the second core before adding the gpu?
