I have

Cpu: amd fx 4300. 3.8ghz (idle temp: 12-20°C, gaming 38-51.6°C)

Gpu: msi gtx 1050 2gd5 oc (idle 32-35°C, gaming 55-61°C

Motherboard: asus M5A78L-M Plus/USB ( idle 1 38°C, idle 2 40°C, gaming temp 1 52°C, temp 2 41°C)

My cooler is Zalman cnps7000v(al)-1-p

Ram: patriot 1 8gb 1600mhz (psd38g16002)

Power supply: 500 watts

My tower is: aero-500 atx midtower black edition

I heard a 212 cooler is too tall for this box.

Are all of my tempatures safe without overclocking? And would it be safe if i want to overclock to 4.0ghz maybe to 4.2ghz? I know my cooler isnt the best but its slightly better then stock

Solution
4GHz shouldn't be a problem but that cooler is most probably not going to let you go to 4.2GHz. You need a cooler with at least 3 - 4 heat pipes and 120mm fan.
