Hey all!
I am totally stuck with my new computer.

I have a computer that is designed for deep learning, and therefor it haves 2 very powerfull graphic cards. But my problem is that the second card cannot be detected by the system or even in the bios.

I have tried to swap the cards, tested that they both work alone, tried them in all the PCIe lanes in different combinations and installed, uninstalled all drivers and so on. I have even tried it in Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10. Nothing works. The second card is nowhere to be seen, even though it is lightning up and the fan is spinning on both cards.

Can anyone help me? I have tried almost anything I can find online.

The specs are:
2 x Nvidia Titan X Pascal
ASUS RAMPAGE V EDITION 10 Motherboard
Corsair Hydro H100i V2 High Performance
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2800 QC 64GB
EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 G2
Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E
Kingston SSDNow UV400 SSD - 480GB
Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ATX Tempered - Blk

Thank you!!!

Hi there! Thanks for your answer!

Yes all the 4 switches are on (there is 4 lanes on the motherboard). The weird thing though is that the motherboard have 4 tiny lights next to each switch that should indicate that something is plugged into one of the PCIe lanes, but nothing is showing here.

It's installed in the third PCIe lane - tried it in the second as well, but that does not work either. I can't fit in the fourth because it then hits the case.

That's what I feared. I will contact the company who build it for me.
Thank you very much for your help and time!
