Press START
Type SERVICES
sort SERVICES by NAME
Go down to WINDOWS DEFENDER
Right click, and select PROPERTIES
select the STARTUP TYPE dropdown menu.
Select AUTOMATIC (DELAYED START)
Restart, reopen services to confirm it started.
Type SERVICES
sort SERVICES by NAME
Go down to WINDOWS DEFENDER
