Hello community. So i have this problem : when i start up my pc i open task manager and my hard disk is at 100% but after a few seconds it decreases to 0-1% , then if i open an app it goes again at 100% or around there and it stays there [or not] . Sometimes it goes at 100% even in idle. But that's not all , MY PROCESSOR is also at high values , 50-60 in games , and 10-20-30% in casual apps , in idle it stays normal i guess. Even my memory goes at 50% with like chrome opened up and league of legends , maybe this is a bit normal . I disabled the 3 services that i had to , windows tips ,i set superfetcher and prefetcher values from 3 to 0 or 1 , i tried to reboot my pc , installing win 8.1 , i couldn't install 7 cuz it didn't detect my usb but whatever . I am really desperate , hdd sentinel says my hard disk health is at 100% , my processor passed some tests but still ... i am worried . Is it maybe a hardware problem? It's been only 2 months since i buyed my pc. [my hdd is a wd blue 1tb and my proc i5 6402p] . Please help me guys , thanks and sorry for my bad englando.

Hi there w00fe99,

Well, basically, you get high disk usage when you start an application right?(when the system needs to load something)
Also, I think it is a normal thing to get some usage of RAM and CPU while playing.

The services that you've disabled, could have been related to constant high disk usage. Yet, it seems that you get high disk usage just when loading stuff.

If you are worried and if your computer is just two months old, you can contact the place you got it from. It should be under warranty. See what the guys over there would tell you.

Cheers,

As far as I can tell from your description, you don't have a problem. Your hardware readings are normal.
Are you experiencing any symptoms of a problem? Why are you desperate? Are there programs that don't work?

I would exercise caution when tweaking your system. Unless you really know what you are doing and are ok living with the consequences, you shouldn't disable parts of windows. It is very difficult for people on a forum like this to assist you if you are not working with a standard install. A lot of people mess up their systems by following advice from the internet on how to make their systems faster.
