G'day,
Me and my brother finished building his custom PC last night and when the moment of truth came it was a bit disappointing. His PC turned on for maybe 5-10 seconds and then just shut down, restarted and continued this cycle indefinitely. We really don't know what the issue is but I have my suspicions its a faulty PSU. We tried testing if individual components ran or if the rig worked without GPU etc. and nothing would change. A change in monitor also did nothing. Kinda lost at the moment and a bit annoyed/disappointed and really looking for help. A faulty PSU would be an easy fix, its just finding out for sure is gonna be pretty much impossible and will need to be last last resort. Anyone have any idea of whats going on here? I have only ever built my computer before, he had no experience what so ever so it is possible it is a user error.

I'm not 100% sure of his specs, but he checked compatibility in PCPartPicker and everything was A-OK!
