I am planning on getting a new motherboard and processor. I have a liquid cooler for my current cpu - fx-8350. Will I be able to use the liquid cooler from my old cpu and use it with the new i7-6700k processor I am getting or will I have to get new liquid cooling

Solution
Possibly.
It depends on the model of the cooler.
And you also have to still have the Intel brackets that came with it when you bought it.
If you bought a prebuilt, no/unlikely as you don't have the extra mounting brackets.
But it's possible you can buy brackets for it to mount it, but they may be kinda expensive for like 20 cents worth of metal.
