Hey Guys, I just bought a Gaming mouse, Genius GX Maurus X.
I'm posting this because I cant install the User Interface software that comes with the mouse, as I don't have a DVD/CD Reader on my computer. So I tried to look for it online, some pages sent me to gx-gaming.com but apparently this page is either offline or impossible to access from my country. So I was wondering if any of you knew where to download this particular User Interface.
So if you could give me a page where I may look, or a link to download it, I'd appreciate it greatly.

Thanks you guys very much
And Good luck in your affairs.

Cinis.

I can't access their site either, so it's probably down.

Do you have a laptop or another computer or a friend with a DVD reader around? you could borrow that and then copy the files off the CD and email them to yourself, or upload them to a file sharing site and send yourself the link.

Or if you have another computer on the local network/wifi you could send it that way as well.

It's got an ADNS9800, so it likely really doesn't need software to function properly as a basic mouse. If you're looking for the Macro functionality, lighting, etc. yeah, I can't access the site nor find a 3rd party upload of it, or I'd share it with ya. Maybe you could find someone who reviewed it (youtuber or otherwise) and comment and ask for a distribution of the software?

Thanks James, yes a friend is now coming over with his laptop so I can install it through there, Oh and regarding Amtseung's response, yes, it is working as a basic mouse, its just that the settings are way off, with huge acceleration, and no precision at all, I wanted to configure it for my specific style so that I could use it more easily.
Thanks for the quick answer guys!

Just a heads up, all ADNS9800 sensor mice have acceleration problems. Some iterations are less noticeable than others, but they all have some inherent sensor-based acceleration and angle snapping. There's just no way to make it as precise as a 3310 or similar optical sensor, which is the main reason I shelled outmoney for the (then new) Deathadder Chroma.

Good luck with it though. I had a similar ADNS 9800 based mouse (Redragon Perdition MMO mouse), so I know the struggle of attempting to make an inherently inaccurate sensor... accurate.

Edit: Have you tried the MarkC acceleration fix? If you haven't, definitely look into it. Makes a world of difference, even on that inaccurate sensor.
