you did not mention the CPU your using, so here is the information for you;

reading your motherboard manual located at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/433146/Gigabyte-Ga-B75m-D3h.html
your board can handle 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets DDR3 1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules
NOTE: To support DDR3 1600 MHz, you must install an Intel 22nm (Ivy Bridge) CPU same goes for XMP

on this page https://www.manualslib.com/manual/433146/Gigabyte-Ga-B75m-D3h.html?page=11#manual
it speaks of installing them in pairs or a single in slot 1, so I will suggest you try this
(important) your slots for ram are marked DDR3_1,DDR3_2,DDR3_3,DDR3_4
memory sticks usually go in pairs DDR3_1 with DDR3_3 & DDR3_2, with DDR3_4

now you can try this since they mention single stick is possible in DDR3_1
if you want to try to use 3 chipset your config could work ; try DDR3_1 & DDR3_2 with DDR3_4 leaving DDR3_3 empty
if that doesn't work then DDR3_1 and DDR3_3 is your only choice until you get another stick of ram for it

NOTE: DR3_4 is the closest slot to your CPU DDR3_1 is closest to edge of board, this is very important.
