Noisy CPU Fan Error

Hi guys, My fan suddenly gets really noisy(sometimes) and when I boot up, I get this CPU FAN error in POST. Though after I exit bios, it will still boot windows with no issue.
Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

Problem is now solved by removing the dust out of my cpu.
After dusting out my cpu, bios couldn't be loaded. But somehow changing the ram slot for the ram sticks solved this separate issue.
