When i got home from work I realized that I was not connected to the internet even though my Ethernet cable was still connected to my tower and my internet is all online, I unplugged it then plugged it back in and my computer just wont recognize it at all. I've tried restarting PC and router no luck, anyone have any idea why this is happening all of a sudden?

The Ethernet card, or your router, or both, should have a light to indicate whether a physical link is active on the port. That's the place to start.

If you have a light, then you have a physical link and you have a software or configuration issue.

If the light is off, and unpluggling/replugging the port makes no difference, then you have no physical link. Most likely the cable has died - or there's issue with the physical line between the devices.

Not sure on the motherboard, my PC is an Alienware Aurora R5, Windows 10. Only got it in September.

Downloaded that and tried to install but it says "No killer hardware detected" "You must have proper Killer hardware installed in order to install Killer Network Manager Suite".

I ran diagnostics all it did was install a video driver, I looked at device manager and this is the list of network adapters I have.
