i7 2600 non k
evo 212
asus rog 5 extreme
12gb ddr3 2x4 1600 and 2x2 1333 running all at 1333 ( i have 2 pairs of 2gb around with no use 1333)

Solution
Choose The 1060 Because Of 2 Reasons :

1. The 1060 Is much more Powerful Than the rx 470 I See It On Games Frames :)

2. For Playing On 1080p (Fhd Resolutions) U Dont Need More Than 3Gb Of Vram :0

Only Playing On Qhd Need 4Gb And Playing On 4k Requires 4Gb Vram Or More :)

So No Worry :) Buy The 1060 And Enjoy :)

Hope It Can be Helpful :)

I'd go with the 1060 then - it's considerably better than a 470 (trades blows with the 480). I play BF1 at 1080p on my 1060 (albeit, the 6GB version) without issue.

All those games you mentioned are generally GPU bound, except for Witcher 3. You will not be able to enable hairworks on Witcher 3 (with acceptable fps) with any of the possible combinations with the 2600K, the 1060 or the 470. I would opt for you to rather save a bit more, until you can, at least, buy the GTX 1060 with 6GB of VRAM. You are going to have a really frustrating 2017 in gaming if you get a 3GB card now. Also, the games you play, are all borderline 2.5GB VRAM titles.

https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_1060_Gaming_X_3_GB/26.html

With newer DX12 and Vulkan games the RX-470 closes the gap, but isn't going to match the GTX1060 3GB. Should get to ALMOST the same performance in some titles though and perhaps 90% or higher in many (RX-470 4GB vs GTX1060 3GB).

However VRAM is increasingly becoming an issue. We already see STUTTERING due to not enough VRAM. Gamers Nexus did a test specifically for this with the GTX1060 3GB.

My advice is to aim for either a GTX1060 6GB, or an RX-470/480 8GB card. Last I check it added roughly $35 to the price of an AMD RX470/480 so I'd do that even though it's MOSTLY future proofing.

If you plan to replace the card within two years it won't be a huge deal and can be mostly avoided with careful tweaking to keep down video memory usage though I'd personally prefer NOT to deal with that as a game may run great then use too much VRAM suddenly then BAM you get stuttering.

i only have 2 HDD
one for windows and one for back up

He'll still get a CPU bottleneck at times, it's just not nearly as common as the GPU bottleneck. So it's not worth upgrading an OC'd 2600K for the difference in performance in those bottlenecked scenarios.

i will have a really bad bottlebeck then? i mean will have sttutering and bad fps?

No, an oc'd 2600k isn't going to bottleneck that gpu any more than any other good cpu would bottleneck it. There will be some things that will slow down because of the cpu, but they'd slow down on all cpu's too. Don't bother upgrading it yet.

Go with 1060 3GB as was suggested.
If you have more to spare or find a good deal go for RX480 4GB.
For 1080p gaming 4GB is enough and RX480 is better in long run than 1060.
Avoid RX470, 1060 is better option unless you can afford RX480
