I have an old working well AMD SEMPRON 140 processor, but I decided to swap it with an athlon II x2 270, but when I turned on my pc, no signs of normality appeared, no beeps, no display. All fans are running and even the hdd is rotating as I feel its vibration. I already done some series of troubleshooting like removing the cmos battery for a couple of minutes, removing the video card, hdd etc. What might be the problem of that processor and what are the possible solutions for this?
